We believe appropriate communication with all stakeholders and strategic moves are key to your success.

Maria Wichmann is an engineer, a certified facilitator for innovation and problem-solving, and an experienced project manager. She currently leads a research project on business succession.

Phil Beaudry is an experienced business strategist and change manager.

We work in German, English and French.
